With an endless passion for food and wine, Ann is a Minnesota native who has a background in food and beverage management for various hotels and restaurants in Minneapolis. She moved to Oregon in the fall of 2017 to work harvest and went on to take courses in viticulture & winemaking to bring her wine knowledge to the next level. After over a decade of experience in restaurants, Ann opened and operated Lingua Franca’s Pop-Up Tasting Room at Thistle, an award-winning, farm to table restaurant, in historic downtown McMinnville that won The Oregonian’s 2011 ‘Restaurant of the Year’ award. She now supports the hospitality team overseeing DTC marketing & sales among other client services.
